Lil Wayne sued on the Carter III release day

According to rapbasement.com on the release day for Lil Wayne's new album Tha Carter III, he is being sued by a California business man. Le Marck de Andre and his lawfirm are seeking $123,800 plus $200 per day from Lil Wayne, Cash Money Records and Young Money Entertainment for work done to his 1999 Bentley Arnage. De Andre says that he was contracted by Lil Wayne in October of 2005 to customize his Bentley. He says Wayne didn't pay the initial $78,507 for the first ten months so he terminated the contract and took legal action. “My direct observation and experience with Dwayne M. Carter's financial and personal irresponsibility over the years has taught and demonstrated to me that he has become the new symbol of financial illiteracy and slavery in the 21st century,” de Andre said in a statement.
