Obsessed, staring Beyonce Knowles and Ali Larter, took No. 1 in the theaters this weekend, with $28.5 million in estimated gross box office receipts.

I dont know what the movie is about yet but I heard Beyonce kicked ass! I'm going to watch it on Tuesday when its $6 and less crowded.

Rihanna is set to make a big screen debut

Rihanna is breaking into the acting world with her big screen debut in the upcoming Iceberg Slim adaptation, Mama Black Widow.

The Caribbean singer will be star alongside Mos Def, Macy Gray, Anthony Anderson and Kerry Washington in the flick, following one family's journey from the red dirt of racially divided Mississippi to the Chicago ghetto in the 1930s.

The stars of the " The Notoriuos B.I.G" movie has been finally announced. Jamal Woollard aka Gravy has locked the role for Biggie. Angela Basset will play Voletta Wallace , Anthony Mackie as Tupac Shakur and Derek Luke as Sean " Diddy" Combs. 

The film is based on the life of Christopher " Biggie" Wallace and was directed by George Tillman Jr.  The film will be begin Shooting March 24 in NYC

Beyonce's next big role

Beyonce Knowles next big role will be Etta James in Cadillac Records.

If the name Etta James doesn't ring a bell, try to think of the timeless classic “At last,” which nowadays is everyone’s favorite wedding song. The movie will be based on the rise and fall of Chess records, which was home to R&B greats such as Muddy Waters, Chuck Berry and Etta James. Co-starring alongside Beyonce will be Cedric the Entertainer who will play Willie Dixon, the labels songwriter.

Is it me or has every role Beyonce has played has had to do with singing. Look I'm not hating, I'm just saying. Hopefully, if she’s looking for her Oscar it will be with this movie.

Andre 3000 in Semi-Pro

It seems as though the only time we will hear from 3000, is when he’ s starring in a movie. Still, I don't think 3000 could do any harm. 3000 will play Clarence Coffee Black in Will Ferrell’s upcoming movie Semi-Pro. Semi- Pro is about a basketball team called the Tropics, known to be the worst team in the American Basketball Association; the team is forced to get their act together when the ABA plans to merge with the NBA.

Can someone please tell 3000 to stop playing around and drop a damn album…GOSH. In the meanwhile go and support HIM in the movie....lol
