Do the Rock Thing!

Spike Lee is the executive producer of a new indie film about a failing rock star who goes into seclusion after his sophomore album tanks.
The name of the movie will be "The Perfect Age of Rock 'n' Roll" starring Kevin Zegers as the musician who retreats to his home in Long Island after sales of his second album aren't quite as high as expected.
Jason Ritter has joined the cast, along with Peter Fonda, Taryn Manning, Lauren Holly, Aimee Teegarden and James Ransone. The cast includes cameo appearances by rocker Billy Morrison and blues legends Pinetop Perkins, Hubert Sumlin and Sugar Blue, reports Variety.
