Velvet Revolver guitarist Slash has staged his most bizarre collaboration yet - teaming up on stage with former Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie. The legendary axeman joined the pop star at her show in Costa Mesa, California on Friday to perform a host of rock anthems including his former band Guns N' Roses' hit "Sweet Child O' Mine."
When welcoming him on stage, Fergie paid tribute to her hero, ntroducing him to some of her younger fans. She told the crowd, "Some of you little ones may know him from (video game) Guitar Hero, but I know him from a band called Velvet Revolver and a band called Guns N' f***ing Roses!"
Mad about that! I would've loved to see them perform. Slah is one of the greatest freakin guitarists ever!
