Access Granted: The Roots " Rising up" video
This week The Roots were shooting their video "Rising up" feat Wale & Chrisette Michelle in NYC (Beauty Bar). My plan was to just take pictures of the shoot , but i ended up dancing in the video some how LOL. I had a great time hanging out on the set and being part of the dance scene.
I also enjoyed my mini concert by The Roots , Wale and Chrisette Michelle. Shout out to Rik Cordero for directing the video and Fetti for inviting me to the set.

Does Chilli Stiil Wish US was HERs?
Keyword: USHER
Chilli confesses to a blogger in an interview that she will always love Usher! WOWWWW
Here's what singer Chilli of TLC said:
"Usher is the one that I truly did love," she said. "Like that was truly my first adult love. I love him very much and I will always love him. I don't know how you love someone that deeply and just stop loving them. I'm not in love with him anymore but I can't say that I don't love him anymore. And of course I do want him to be happy and all but me and him had what I never had in any of my other relationships, and that was chemistry."
Was Usher talkin about himself or Chili in this video:
Because Chilli its quite clear that U GOT IT BAD!
Beyonce to Retire
It has been reported in the Daily News that Beyonce will retire after the release of her next album. Shit I'd probably retire too. She was good with her paper, now she married to Hov she fucking with that GREAT paper! One of B's family members stated that she will be helping Jay find artists for his label The Carter Music Group. Whatever she decides to do with her career, we wish her the best of luck.

The Leak #16: The Understanding Feat Malcolm X
Mickey sent you guys another message:
16 weeks.... 16 songs.... You gotta love it
Ever since I've been seen in the public eye, people have been quick to classify me as something I'm not. When in reality I grew up on the same influences yall have. So I decided to vent and give people and understanding of who I am.
So with the help of Malcolm X and GFCnewyork's own Precize on the beat, I touch base on a variety of topics that's been bothering me. (Previous music style, racism, politcs etc)
With that being said, the track is available for download below:
And next week will conclude the first volume of the Leak Series. We will combine all the songs together as well as add youtube links and pics for download

The Dream- Purple Kisses
Cosigned lyrics of the Month goes to The Dream. Purple Kisses is about his shawty that got him open of her Purple Kisses. it's not about the Purple lipstick or lip gloss that she has on, its about what she DOES while she's wearing it on her lips. The Dream has one of the hottest R & B albums I've listen to thus far in 2007/2008. His songs tell stories and each story on each track goes right into the next.

PLUM: K-Hustle & K-Holla
K-Hustle (Kashawn)
This handsome 12-year old is a young man of many hats. He's my oldest son, he's an athlete, skate boarder, does occasional acting in school plays, he also rips the runway every year in the Macy's fashion show . Kashawn made his first video cameo in mickey Factz's first video "Be Free" when he was 9 years old. He's the Prynce of GFCnewyork. When you add Mick, Saint, Steve, Kwazz, and Nak up and you get K-Hustle! I know sounds a lil crazy, lol....but it is what it is!
K-Holla (Keaton)
This adorable 7-year old with the angelic face is my baby. He was given the name K-Holla by Saint because when he was younger he used to flirt with all the girls & he still does! He's plays football, soccer, basketball, and involved with many other activities. He is very out spoken. So if he's sees you on the street and your dressed like a clown, TRUST ME, he will let you know! He's one of the realest kids I ever knew in my life. And guess what.... He's Mine!
The two of them are both students at Dance Express in Woodmere, New York (Long Island). When E & I have an event to host with give aways, they sometimes help us get things in order.

Access Granted: Wale & RhymeFest
StreetCosignor and BET rap city joined couple of weeks ago to check out Wale & RhymeFest at Mark Ronson's studio. This was my first time meeting these two guys and i had a blast. Wale talked about his upcoming mixtape, the music industry and how great his music career is going. Rhymefest spoke to us about his new projects , the state of hip hop and how he feels about candidate Barack Obama. It was pretty cool watching these two guys freestyle and getting it popping in the studio. Both Wale & Rhymefest would like for you guys to watch out for their new albums coming out soon. "Mixtape about nothing" By Wale and "El che" By Rhymefest.
Thanx to Tee.Smif for making this exciting day happen.
Black Caesar
Yeah Boiiiii! I've been waiting to say this for along time...... "My Nigga Hasan Insane is Back B!" One of my favorite producers in New York has returned with yet another one of his hot ass remix mixtapes. The same cat that brought you "The Pink Album" and "Perfect Strangers" has collaborated once again with Tape Masters Inc. Hasan takes us to the streets with his version of Jay-z's American Gangster album titled "Black Caesar".
I just downloaded it an hour ago and I'm feeling it. He got Jay-z (ofcourse), my boo Nas (ofcourse), it wouldn't be Hasan not to have them, Jadakiss, Raekwon, and many more.
